As a broker – why would you attend a School Careers Day?
Every year, about this time, I look forward to heading to my local Grammar School to promote Mortgage broking as a career option to Year 10 & 11 students and teachers. As a Mentor, this event is on the annual calendar. I am no longer chasing home loans. I go along to promote the industry to school leavers who may consider Mortgage Broking or Finance as a worthwhile career option.
Career open days are one of the best Business Development activities to help local brokers build rapport, support their local school and capture active lead opportunities.
